Does it bother you when hollywood stars smoke?

does it bother any of you when you see the biggies in hollywood smoking cigarettes....like goldie haun, and her daughter katie or any of the others? what about simon cowell who smokes on his sea-doo and tosses his butt in the ocean..they must think they own the globe..does all this trouble you???
